Refund Policy
Refund Policy #
Last updated: November 2026
Pixette Premium is a yearly subscription. Pixette is a sole proprietorship based in Switzerland. How a refund works depends on where you bought Premium.
1. Bought in an app store #
Purchases made in the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Amazon Appstore are sold and billed by that store. Refunds follow the store's own policy and are requested from the store:
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Google Play refund request
- Amazon Appstore: your Amazon account, under Your Apps and Devices
Pixette cannot issue refunds for store purchases.
2. Bought on the web #
Premium bought on the web, for example from a photo frame without an app store, is sold by our reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for these orders and handles payment, invoicing and taxes. How web purchases and purchase codes work on such devices is explained on Pixette for Android devices without Google Play.
2.1 You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase, for any reason. Write to [email protected] with your purchase code (PX-…) or the email address you paid with, or request it directly from Paddle at paddle.net.
2.2 After 7 days, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, your statutory rights under Paddle's buyer terms apply in addition to this policy.
2.3 A refund ends Premium on that device.
3. Cancelling #
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the year you paid for. Store subscriptions are cancelled in the store's subscription settings. Web subscriptions are cancelled from the link in Paddle's receipt email, or at paddle.net.
